21 Days. That’s all it takes to break a bad habit or create a positive one.
Some people will say, “Ah, 21 days…that’s nothing” and others will say, “21d days!? Are you kidding?” Whichever way you fall, the choice is yours.
When I decided to commit to the 21Day Fix, I figured, hmm…21 days? I can do that. And I did, four times. And each time I completed a round, I felt more and more confident finishing each day and was very happy and surprised with my results.
Everyone has a motivation and fire inside of them. My job is to help you find yours! Let me be by your side to create a positive habit and help you believe in yourself. That’s what a great coach and friend does. I’m grateful to have my own coach who does this and more. We don’t need to live in the same city, state or same side of the country to motivate one another. The power of internet and social media is a beautiful thing. I have great connections all over the country because I decided to do something for myself.
We all have reasons and excuses to not be able to complete any new workout~ kids, work, too tired, not enough time, not a morning person, don’t like to workout at home, etc. Trust me, I’ve heard them all.
But I’m here to tell you, it’s possible. 30 minutes a day. That’s it. 30 minutes. We all have 30 minutes in our day to do something for ourselves.
My motivation this time; to keep my momentum going. I just completed 4 weeks of PiYo and feel great, but I know with the 21DF, I will continue to see my results if not more. What is your motivation?
A wedding/event coming up, reunion, big birthday or any milestone, finally getting those pesky extra pounds off, or just simply to try something new. Whichever one it is, write it down, put it up somewhere you will see it everyday and join me and some other fabulous challengers on this fall 21 Day Fix Challenge.
I promise you, you won’t regret it! And if you do, you can get your money back (but I know you won’t want it back lol)
Contact me if you’re interested or have any questions!! In two weeks, you could be starting a brand new journey with me, as well as a whole group of others, by your side. You are not alone in this.

I’ve been round and round with exercising and eating right. I make it a few days and then give up. Same old excuses every time. I’ve never tried 21 day fix, but it sure looks like something I should maybe think about trying. I desperately want to feel good about myself and how I look. Maybe this would be a good place to start. Thanks!! Liz http://www.4evermysweetpea.com
Honestly I was the same exact way until I tried the 21 day fix. There was something about being held accountable to others and knowing I wasn’t alone with doing it.
Good luck to all who do this!
Thank you!!! One week down. We’re beginning week 2 tomorrow
I will commit to stop biting my nails for 21 days! okay okay… I will also be more active! 🙂
