Shakeology…. where do I even start? I am a big fan of protein and meal replacement shakes, and have heard a lot of good things about Shakeology. I signed up with BeachBody, and ordered the multi pack that includes chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors to start off. Not only do they taste amazing, but also right away there was a very noticeable difference in my energy during my morning workouts. I make a shake first thing in the morning, usually blend some frozen fruit and dry oats with the mix, and work out about a half hour to an hour later. I couldn’t believe how much more energy I had and how much harder I was able to work! I love all of the flavors, but have to admit, strawberry is my favorite! They come out to the perfect milk shake consistency and I look forward to having one every morning. I would recommend Shakeology to anyone looking for a great meal replacement, addition to his or her daily diet, or looking for that boost of energy before a workout. I’m definitely hooked!
My favorite shake is strawberry Shakeology, mixed with 1/8 cup dry oats, and 1/2 cup antioxidant blend mixed fruit by Welches.
