I know I’ve talked about it on here and I can’t honestly say enough about it in person. But honestly, I believe in this program. I just completed another round and I’m amazed at my results. It’s crazy to me how just working out in 21 days and eating healthier can give you immediate results. We’re picky about what we drive, we’re picky about what clothes we buy, why not be picky about what we put into our mouths and into our bodies.
In just 21 days, you will break cravings (trust me, I had them prior to this!) and feel good throughout the whole day. I’m the one who always needed a caffeine boost by 2pm. On the fix, I felt good throughout the wholeย day and didn’t ‘crave’ that caffeine. Your body will do some adjusting during Week 1 but by Week 2 you’re feeling good and loving it.
I’m not gonna lie, there were days I didn’t want to do it, but I pushed myself. And before I knew it, the 30 minutes was done. This round (since I’ve done it before), I turned my music up and just got in the zone. I really pushed myself because I knew if I didn’t, I was only cheating myself. You need to believe that you can do it, and you need to want to change for the better.
Now that my 21 days is complete, this does not mean I’m going to go right back to my old ways. I enjoy eating by the fix plan and I will continue to work out. It’s good to keep going no matter what. You’re body is in a routine now and you need to just keep going.

It’s funny to see that my right arm lost more than my left. I think it’s bc my muscle on my left is bigger bc I lift everything with my left side dominating. I was so happy to see that my waist went down. It’s amazing how the ‘muffin’ top can disappear and get toned just by eating the foods we put into our bodies (and obviously working out).

Great results! If you do not mind me asking, what type of foods did you eat through this journey? I work out consistently and I am having a hard time with my mid section. I am not big, but I do have a little pooch and it is more pronounced after I eat…it drives me crazy.
Hi Jessica!! Thank you ๐ For this program I ate based on the 21Day Fix plan (and worked out 30 min a day). Everything was portioned out and I was allowed a certain amount of protein, veggies, fruits, carbs, etc. a day. Plus I drank Shakeology every morning for the 21 days. One of the biggest things I know is that water intake is key too. It flushes out all of the toxins.
This is awesome. I am in the middle of working on this. I want to detox and get back to my solid eating. You are so very right that you need to be choosey with what we put in our mouths. We are picky with everything else ha. I want to live life but I want to live it to the fullest.
Thanks Tanya! It’s so hard but in the end, I said to myself, why am I not taking my body and health seriously. Not only in the end will we feel better, the rest of our life just starts to get better.
